Hi Decided to create my own thread, where I can upload pictures of my miniatures Still little bit struggling with colors, i am not sure if I want color themed army, or very bright, kinda rainbow one, with different units Tell me guys what do you think so far? This side of skink is finished - skin and scaly skin
Looks good!! The only thing I´d do if any is darken even more the dark areas to strengthen the contrast, like on the shield, for example. Excellent colour choice!!
The fiery look to this guy is fantastic. Looks really cool with that purple mixed in there and the green shield and eyes look amazing! Can't wait to see more!
So i darkened skin little bit, and finished the shield due to team championships of poland this weekend i dont have much time to paint lizardmen (have yo finish my daemon chariots first) so probably next week i will upload the finished ripperdactyl with that guy also i am not very happy about the end of tail, probably i will glaze orange there, so it wont be so bright Question : I want to try NMM on my Saurians but I can't decide gold ol silver.. Which one will be better?
Looks a lot better darkened! About the NMM depends on what you want to paint with it. If you go fluff-wise, gold only goes to slanns and stuff more important than them (example a sacred temple´s glyphs at the most). If not go for bronze/copper like @n810 said. Good luck on the tournament!
Thanks for replies So i started painting NMM bronze. Decided, as Jorgik said that gold will be something reserved for Slann and Warlords. That was my first try i NMM, so tell me guys what do you think
Thats not a bad idea, I will do it More pictures after weekend, big tournament this weekend, still need to finish my 4 chariots in one day and they are only basecoated
Thanks but still i will work on them after the tournament but first I want to finish my ripperdactyl with skink above My friend asked me to teach him how to glaze and how to use wet blending, so probably i will show him this techniques today on ripper - so tomorrow i will post some more pictures
