Welcome indeed to Lustria! As @Killer Angel said, with the arrival of the new General's Handbook and also AoS Skirmish and Path to Glory, there are plenty of ways to play with Seraphon as an army. I would recommend just getting a couple of units and a character and playing around with them first in AoS Skirmish to get a feel for the army before using the Path to Glory book to expand your army as it gains further fame and fortune, with the new General's Handbook to give you loads of new ideas for scenarios and game styles. Have a look around our AoS section for tactica and other topics that will prove a handy reference for managing your Seraphon!
