So I have a carnosaur set and I wanted to magnetize the Scar vet so I could switch out arms legs etc so he could be on carno or on foot. Is it worth it or should I just glue him on carno and if I should magnetize how? I never have before and idek know what magnets I need XD

I have not magnetized that particular model yet so I don't know if it will work well, but I see no real reason why it wouldn't.

My magnets of choice are neodymium discs 2mm diameter and 1mm thick. They cost a few cents a piece and can be used for a wide variety of magnetizing tasks.
    I get them from Amazon.

So yeah, you could try it. Could be fun!

Yes I usually drill a hole with a pin vice, slightly larger than the magnet.
Only notable exception are Skink wrists as those are too small.
Also keep the direction of the magnet in mind, I have made myself two colored sprue parts with magnets in them to check polarity.
