Sooo i got those fancy shattered Dominion Bases, nicely paint in the sprue, for 100 warriors and 80 Skinks in total, was a huge ton of Work and now...

How the hell am i supposed to glue my Seraphon in them?

We have minimal Contact through the feet (remember this funny skink, Balancing on the claws on foot?)

And i Think the feet are Too Thin for drilling ;(

Do shattered dominion bases have something special that make em difficult to glue? They stand fine on the normal ones, even with the small feet one the glue is dry. Though some require to be kept upright for a moment till the glue is dry.

They don't have the slice used for the "old" models, so we just have the little feet for glueing, sometimes just One foot, Plastic glue would work if i cut off the paint maybe

The GW plastic glue works fine for all the ones I've made, including those balancing on a foot and a half. They also don't seem to balance that much so it doesn't take too much effort.

Super glue, your hands to hold in place, and 2-5 min.

If the plastic glue doesn't work, I have the ultimate super glue tip! Make a little pea of green stuff, put super glue around it and push it down. The green stuff is sticky enough to hold the piece in place while the glue sets. On bigger pieces, I like to make a donut of green stuff with super glue in the middle. Give it a try!

if you have really fine sand paper you can gently run the sand paper over the bases to make it easier for glue to stick to it. dont go overboard though or you will ruin the detail.

Missed that part. Yeah sanding would need to be done before painting. I usually glue my models to the base before painting.

You could try taking a hobby knife and doing tiny shallow score marks on bottoms of the feet. That usually will increase the grip of the glue on the figure.

Best suggestion would probably be to just use a small amount and have patience holding the model in place while you wait.
