    All,

one of the Saurus Artefacts is the 'Sigil of the Prime Hunter'.

    What is says is:
'Each time the bearer fights, after all attacks have been resolved, pick 1 enemy unit within 1" and roll a dice to do MW'

What i'm wandering, both shooting and melee are fights, so can he do it twice per turn ( once in the shooting phase, if an enemy is near enough and once in the combat phase ) ?

    Seems legit

What does make this artifact good anywayz is the fact that you can also do in in your opponents turn

    Same interpretation here. A gunfight isn't a fight. :D
I think we can support it with examples from the rules.
The word fighting is exclusively used for melee fighting. And rules that allow a game mechanic for shooting as well say things like "fight or shoot". (Like the triumph "bloodthirsty" from the core rules)

In fact the core rules have a paragraph "fighting" which defines fighting as attacking with all melee weapons, and it is part of the combat phase.
