Great! I noticed you mentioned Beastmen in your previous post but were still thinking of a good army to fight them. Certainly of the six Order armies that survived up to 8th Edition, Bretonnia and Wood Elves were the two that arguably came into most conflict with them and are also the best foils to the savage look of the Beastmen.

I wouldn’t want fantasy to fall into the same trap as 40k where it’s just marines marines marines. Variety is the spice of life.

I’m in thorough agreement with you. However, will GW agree with us in this new edition?

    Only time will tell.

Voted Tomb Kings and Brett's, since a crusade making it's way to the southern realms would be neat. Also could be a chariot vs cavalry box set.

I would like to see Brettonia and Tomb Kings.

I've always loved both armies and would love to see them updated and repowered (since Brettonia never got an 8th edition work over...)

That would be great. Bring in Repanse de Lyonese for a special character right from the start too, and I am sold. Great way to bring in the two squatted factions :D

    Sounds good to me!

I've always loved the questing knight thing, knightly vows, protected by the lady of the lake, even though it is kind of French themed it still smacks of the legends of King Arthur to me.
