The list is not sorted by newest achievers, otherwise @Lizards of Renown would not be ranked third as he achieved it a long time ago. I do have a theory as to how they are sorted, I'm fairly certain, but it is only a theory.

Don't forget who was the first forum member to max out the points. Back when it meant something.
