I have started by draconian army (dragons/lizardmen). This army choice has made a few things hard to convert (since it's mainly skinks) such as Cavalry and Kroxigors. The main thing I am approaching is what to do for my slann since an actual slann wouldn't fit in the whole theme I was going to use an elf...yes it is VERY strange but here me out here. The minor fluff background is they were created by a lost group of elves who were strong in magic. They took up residence in a ruined lizardmen city and to defend themselves they created the dragon/lizardmen hybrid. So should I be locked in an insane asylum (well more so they I should already be) or is it just a little bit crazy?
It's a little bit crazy, but you can do anything with your own BG, this could be just a variant of WHFB background, a sort of Dystopy, Anyway if you like draconian things, you could consider a Zoat, which lizardmen fear for unknown reasons....
