Round 1 (Feb 17 - Mar 4): Manifestation and the First Trials! Skaven Duel!

    Manifestation

The first battle of the Claw's glorious campaign was Death VS Seraphon, in the forest and hills of Ghyran. The fought an Escalation conflict, with smaller forces beginning on the board, while more showed up later, trying to take three places of contest for points. Barring a tie in points, whomever defeated the most points during the game wins.

    The Warbands
    Death
Wight King with a Black Axe
Two units of Morghast Arkai that acted as one
    Five Black Knights
    Ten Zombies

    Seraphon
    Scar-Vet on Cold One
    Five Saurus Knights with Lances
    A Bastilidon
Three Kroxigors with a Moon Hammer

The battle began swiftly, the Champions both starting on the board, Death starting with the Morghast, while the Bastilidon held the back line for the Seraphon. The lizards managed to take the first turn, blasting the Morghast and walking the Scar Veteran to the middle of the board. Death moved forward, missing a charge and leaving themselves open to the next turn.

The Seraphon won the second turn, and the knights and Kroxigors came on. The Scar-veteran roared furiously and led his knights into the fray, the Bastilidon blasting away a few wounds from the ghostly monsters. The Kroxigors sat on the objective in the corner, a threatening presence while the bulk of the Lizard force moved forward to engage. The knights and veteran slammed into the Morghast, killing two, while the knights suffered two deaths and the Veteran taking a few wounds.

So continued the fight, with death bringing in his own cavalry, and the zombies. They charged, failing to kill the Scar-veteran, but wounding him further. The Morghast were felled, and the Scar-veteran managed to cut down a few of the undead knights. The Cold ones fought hard, and managed to holdout with one surviving warrior.

The third turn saw the Bastilidon charge into combat after blasting away a Black Knight. The Kroxigors stayed put, roaring and threatening. This combat faired little better for either side, as there were casualties. The Scar-Veteran had to retreat, and the last cold one knight was laid low, leaving the moving fortress alone against undead knights, an oncoming Wight King, and a hoard of Zombies.
The next two turns saw it last, but finally fall to the Black Axe, leaving Death in control of the middle objective, and Seraphon in control of the corner one. That left the third and final one untouched.

Conclusion: Both sides had 4 points at the end of the 5th Round, but Death had managed to destroy more points and so took a Minor Victory. The Seraphon were defeated, but not humbled. They would defeat their foes. They were gifted with a Troglodon to continue their battle in the Slann's name.

    The First Trial

Wounded, thirsty for glory and the corrupted blood of their enemies, the Claws of Aztotquin sought out their prey once more. They found a glorious melee over the Artefact of Ultimate Power! The forces of Nurgle, Tzeentch Arcanites, Death, and another band of Seraphon were engaged in tryign to take the Artefact. Again the realm of Ghyran was the place of battle, many hills and woods present as the five forces vied for purchase. The Warbands
    Death
Wight King with a Black Axe
Two units of Morghast Arkai that acted as one
    Five Black Knights
    Ten Zombies

    Seraphon (1)
    Scar-Vet on Cold One
    Five Saurus Knights with Lances
    A Bastilidon
Three Kroxigors with a Moon Hammer
    Troglodon

    Seraphon (2)
    Scar-Vet on Cold One
    Five Saurus Knights with Lances
    A Bastilidon
    Ten Saurus Warriors with spears

    Tzeentch Arcanites
    Tzaangor Shaman on a Disc
Three Tzaangor Enlightened on Discs with spears
Twenty Tzaangors in two units of ten

    Nurgle
    Harbinger of Decay
    Three Plauge Drones of Nurgle
    Ten Plaugebearers of Nurgle
    Five Putrid Blightkings

Chaos ensued as the five warbands crashed onto the field, the four corners taken by both Seraphon armies, as well as Death and Nurgle, while the Tzeentch Arcanites took the middle board between Death and Nurgle. The Tzaangor Shaman moved first, swooping in and snatching the Artefact up, protecting himself with an arcane shield. Afterward, each force surged forward, Death closing in on the flank of the beastmen swiftly with their Morghast. Both warbands of lizards moved forward, the Troglodon from the Claws of Aztotquin spitting bubbling acid at the shaman. It fizzled off the magical barrier and the next turn he darted back into the mass of chaotic beastmen to safety.

Battle was joined by Death and the Arcanite first, beastmen dying in droves after claiming one Morghast when they struck first (running and charging into battle). Afterwards, the Seraphon Claws seized the initiative against Nurgle, Kroxigors slamming into the hovering Blight drones that had hovered through a pass between high hills. They failed to harm them badly, but were not harmed in return. The Bastilidon had not even managed to do much.

The following turn, Nurgle struck first, the Harbinger swooping in to slay a Kroxigor. Both of the remaining hulks failed to do much, missing their swings and bites. The Arcanites and Death continued to dance the deadly duel, Black Knights charging into Enlightened, while the Morghast units ripped into Tzaangors still. The other Seraphon Warband seemed to bind it's time, moving forward slowly. The Claws committed almost their full force to stopping the Nurglites, the Scar Veteran and Knights charging in, doing a few wounds to the Harbinger and the Drones while across the field of battle the Morghast managed to slay the first unit of Tzaangors, leaving the Shaman dangerously open to attack.

Despite this, the Arcanites acted quickly, the other unit coming to the rescue of their Shaman and charging into the Morghast again. They faired better, slaying one more of the giants, leaving two left. The Black knights were wiped out to a bone, while the Nugle and Seraphon battle fared poorly for the Cold ones. Many knights died, and the Scar-Vet was struggling. The battle continued though, and the Harbinger, Scar-veteran, two drones, and knights were felled. he Bastilidon of the Claws joined the melee, swinging it's tail and felling a drone, leaving one left. The Arcanites faired terribly, every Tzaangor being killed to a man and the Shaman slain as well, though they managed to kill the Wight King. The fresh Seraphon moving to engage Death, a deadly beam of searing light wounding a Morghast. The Troglodon of the claws assisted, spitting acid at the bone giants. It sizzled and allowed the beast to get to grips with the monsters. It's jaws and claws felled one, and wounded the other severely, while it took no damage. All the while Nurgle trundled up the battlefield to contest the Artefact, Blightkings aiming to charge.

The final conflict pictured here: https://scontent.fdet1-2.fna.fbcdn....=ac9dd83887b149463493c8f996e94d64&oe=592CC7DC

The made it in, and wounded the Troglodon badly, the Morghast acting quickly and striking down the beast. The battle ended there, each force (aside from the second Seraphon Warband) either mauled badly or wiped out.

The Artefact was held by Nurgle, the Putrid Blight Kings threatening the wounded and lonely Morghast. It was a sad day for all who opposed the pustulant ones in Ghyran. Yet still the Claws were rewarded for their bravery and valor, an Engine of the Gods being granted to them to continue the fight.

So ends the first Week of this Path to Glory Campaign.

    Skaven Duel!
The finall battle of the first round commenced on the icy fields of Ghur! The Skaven have come to these lands to try to seize a strategic point on a high plateau amid the mountains and glaciers. As they moved to take control, the Claws interceded, striking like a bolt of lightening into their ranks. For Blood and Glory!

    The Warbands
    Seraphon
    Scar-Vet on a Cold One
    Sauras Knights (5)
    Sauras Guard (5)
    Kroxigors (3)

    Skaven
    Warlord with Halberd and Blade
    Stormvermin (10)
    Rat Ogres (2)
    Gutter Runners (6)

The battle commenced with the Skaven scampering forward cautiously, the Gutter Runners attempting to assist the Rat Ogres in taking their Left flank (Seraphon Right). The Seraphon also moved forward cautiously, placing themselves in long charges. The Knights attempted to pace into a charge, but couldn't muster the power. The Armies vied for initiative next, the Seraphon striking with the power of Sotek! The full forces of the Claws bore down on the rats, Kroxigors slamming into Stormvermin, the Knights and their Veteran bearing down on the Rat Ogres. The first blooding was the Kroxigors killing nearly half the unit of stormvermin, though many of their attacks passed over the scuttling vermin. The Rat Ogres struck the knights and killed many, though they braved the assault and struck back. A Kroxigor and a Rat ogor fell next, to halberd and the blades of the leaders.

The next round, saw the skaven strike first, the gutter runners throwing a hail of metal and failing to harm any of the enemies, while the stormvermin struck the remaining Kroxigor down after their leader squeaked feverently at them, who scurried away. The Knight and Veteran slew the last Rat Ogre and survived the assault of the Gutter runners. It was once again an assault of lizards as the Guard charged to the aid of their lord, who slew the remaining gutter runners single-handedly.

The following skirmishes were a game of Scaly-Cat and Mouse, the storm vermin remnants hurrying to claim the glowing stone pinnacles, while the Seraphon moved to block or destroy them. It ended in a bloody mess as the Veteran slew the Warleader, and the remaining Stormvermin on his own.

Victory for the Seraphon! (3 Glory Points Awarded)

    Round 2 (Mar 4 - Mar 18)

    Blood in the Snow

The war in Ghur continues, the Seraphon stalking a band of Khorne across the wastes to the outskirts of a small village names Asahaiemir. Little did the Celestial band know that the skies above were to rain Sigmarite and Warpstone among the fields outside the village. This Gift from the Heavens was known to the chaotic warband, who came here for the bounty. Surprised by the sudden appearance of the Seraphon, they charged into battle to defend what they had come to take!

    Warbands:
    Chaos - Khorne:
    Mighty Lord of Khorne
    Bloodsecrator
    WrathMongers (5)
    Blood Warriors (10)
    Chaos Knights (5)
    Chaos Gargant

    Seraphon:
    Scar Veteran on Cold One
    Bastilidon
    Troglodon
    Sauras Guard (5)
    Sauras Knights (5)
    Kroxigors (3)

The battle was joined in the beginning, the Khorne recklessly charging across the field of battle, slamming trees aside and leaping over snow covered ridges. Searing beams of Sunlight and viscous acid flew into them, wounding a few Blood warriors and sending them screaming to their god. The Seraphon were much more reserved, holding back and castling themselves into a semicircle formation. The Chaotic forces rallied from the fusillade and charged into the lines, Blood Warriors meeting Kroxigors head on. The slashed at the beasts' scaly hides and wounded them. The retaliation was swift and several fell to the mauls of the muscled monsters. The sky flashed and a meteor landed on a near abandoned part of the battlefield, the Chaos Knights sallying into their backlines to claim it for their warband. The Wrath-mongers, Gargant, Lord and Bloodsecrator held back, but only just.

The first comet was followed by a second, landing almost directly across from it's sky-kin. The Sauras Knights swiftly moved to claim it, their lord following, while the Troglodon and Bastilidon continued to hammer the enemy with their attacks. Poison splashed across the Khorne Lord's armor and companion, wounding him slightly, while the Wrathmongers were stung by the beam of pure light that vaporized one.The Blood Warriors and Kroxigors traded blows once more until their were only the Champion Warrior and the Moonhammer wielding beast. The Khorne Lord traded with the Oracle atop the Troglodon, managing to wound the behemoth, though he and his companion were wounded in the process as well.

It was the Seraphon who next struck first, the Gargant and Wrathmongers out of place as they had hoped to catch the Scar Veteran and the Knights in the open. Light blasted another Wrathmonger from existence while the Scar Veteran charged the Gargant . Across the plains, the Troglodon continued it's battle, slaying the Lord and the Kroxigor was felled by the Blood Warrior. The Gargant and Scar-veteran dueled, the icy-cold of the artifact blade the Sauras wielded cutting frostbitten gashes in the creatures legs. Chilled to the bone, it missed every attack while the warrior weaved between it's strikes. The Wrathmongers charged in, attempting to assist the behemoth, though their rage only made their strikes flesh wounds. Again the giant swung, catching the Scar-veteran once, though he was not unseated from his mount. He fought, cutting into the beast again while his mount bit and tore at the wrathmongers. It was a tide of scales that followed, the Knights crashing into the Wrathmongers, and the Trogolodon aiming to chomp on the last Blood Warrior Pictured Here! This Blood Champion made his due, wounding the behemoth many times, bringing it to one sliver of life before it melted him into bubbling goo with it's acidic spittle. The WrathMongers died to the Knights, and the Bastilidon blew the head off the Gargant before any blows could be struck. One Knight was felled by a rage fueled companion, while the Scar-Veteran struck at his own mount! Scarred and furious, the Knights and their Lord turned their blades to the Chaos Knights that held the far meteor.

The tide had changed, the Khorne warband broken and fleeing for now, as the Seraphon gave chase. The Troglodon, weak from the extended skirmish, set it's nose upon the nearby Bloodsecrator, just barely making it into claw-range. The Knights and Lord bore down upon the tainted cavalry, while from afar the Bastilidon hammered them with it's beam, killing two outright. The battle was short and bloody, the knights managing to wound the Scar-veteran, but being cut down by the lord and his cohort. The Bloodsecrator made good his escape, finishing off the wounded Troglodon. Retreating, he vowed to return to burn the village and slaughter the Seraphon.

Victory for the Seraphon! 2 Glory was Won from claiming the Meteorites.

    The Skirmish in Asahaiemir!

With the first blooding on the fields of Asahaiemir, the Khorne moved to destroy the small village, and slaughter the Seraphon who now defended it. The lizards stood stalwart and fought back, defending key points of the village and dueling the mortals of blood in the streets. The battle was a Modified Escalation, with each army starting fully across from one another and charging headlong into battle.

    Warbands:
    Chaos - Khorne:
    Mighty Lord of Khorne
    Bloodsecrator
    WrathMongers (5)
    Blood Warriors (10)
Chaos Knights (5) - This unit was accidentally forgotten between battles and was not placed on the board. Much to my opponents chagrin.
    Chaos Gargant

    Seraphon:
    Scar Veteran on Cold One
    Bastilidon
    Troglodon
    Sauras Guard (5)
    Sauras Knights (5)
    Kroxigors (3)

Little time was had before the Chaos warband returned, renewed and replenished, while the Seraphon had called reinforcements from their liege. The village was to become a battleground, the snowy paths of dirt between homes running red and white with star-blood and Khorne juices. Again the Khornates struck first, charging from where they had managed to prepare themselves. Claiming the middle pillar of Asaheimir and the far one near the blacksmith. The Seraphon reacted, claiming the one amid the forests far to the side with the cavalry, while the bulk of the warband moved to defend against the enemy. The Guard moved forward, goading the Wrathmongers that held the pillar, while the Kroxigors and Troglodon roared and taunted at the Lord, Gargant, and Blood Warriors that hugged the cover of the Blacksmith. Again blazing sunlight and poisonous acid splashed across the Khornate warband, Wrathmongers and the Khorne Lord taking their blooding.

Undeterred by such an assault, the Wrathmongers mustered themselves and charged into the Guard, killing one outright, but their chained hammers glancing off the deft shield blocks of the Guard. Striking back, two of the Khorne worshipers died to halberds. The Alpha struck out at his own, in a rage, killing one of his kin. The Lord and Gargant bore down on the Kroxigors and Troglodon, but could not muster the charge.

The following seconds found the Wrathmongers dead, and the Guard turning to snarl at the Khorne Lord. Kroxigors goaded a charge, falling back at the command of their Scar-Veteran, while the Oracle bade his mount to spit at the Gargant, and to fall back a few meters. It worked.

The Lord, filled with Fury, charged into the Guard, though his compatriot the giant could not keep up. He slew each sauras guard and roared in defiance. His Bloodsecrator companion hid behind the blacksmith, having seen the fury of the lizards.A beam of light barely missed him when he poked out to see how the battle fared. In retaliation to the slaughter of his guard, the Scar-Veteran roared a command, the Kroxigors thundering into the Mighty Lord. The melee was bloody, mauls cracking armor and the powerful jaws of the Kroxigors rending it. Yet the Lord held on, his companion protecting it's master against the monstrous assailants. Before the Gargant could intervene, the Trogolodon interposed itself between the battle, and the lumbering beast. A battle of giants followed.

The Gargant struck first, club cracking scales while it missed it's deadly headbutt and swift kick. Behidn the tangled behemoths, the Khorne Lord and Kroxigors battled still, wounding one another. It was then the Troglodon struck, jaws clamping onto the Gargant's shoulder, claws ripping at it's belly, and giving it's rider the perfect opening. The Oracle struck with is Divining rod, and buried it in the brain of the creature, relieving it of it's corrupted soul. The next round saw a searing beam of light burn a hole in the Bloodsecrators banner, and the Khorne Lord felled by the javelins of the skinks that crewed the Bastilidon! After the felling of the Lord, the Blood warriors could not contain their fury. The battle was lost for them, but glory was still to be had! They thundered across the dirt streets, and were met by roaring Kroxigors, and sizzling acid strikes. They fought with vigor, but were felled by the combined might of the Bastilidon, Kroxigors, and Troglodon. The Bloodsecrator too charged into the fray, aiming to kill the Scar-Veteran protecting the middle pillar. He failed, being felled himself in a rain of frosted strikes and serrated jaws.

Victory for the Seraphon! 2 Glory was won for the defense of Asahaiemir!

    Bloody Streets!

The Seraphon were fresh from victory and headed to the lowland plains of Ghur, where the ice melted and villages were more hardy. Coming upon the village of Gundradis , the Claws of Aztotquin find it being pillaged by a band of orruks known as Da Blood Rippas! The barbarians hooted and hollared as the Seraphon made to Take and Hold the village center! Led by Grim-Iron, a fearsome Megaboss, the Ironjawz charged in. The two warbands roared and made for the crush of melee.

    Warbands:
    Seraphon:
    Scar Veteran on Cold One
    Bastilidon
    Troglodon
    Sauras Guard (5)
    Sauras Knights (5)
    Kroxigors (3)

    Ironjawz:
    Megaboss
    Warchanter
    Gore Gruntas (3)
    Gore Gruntas (3)
    Ardboyz (10)
    Brutes (5)

The armies sprung into action, the Seraphon moving into a defensive formation, their Bastiladon firing high over the Orruks heads to try and scare them off. The Troglodon roared and postured, while the orruks paid little heed of this display. They thundered forward, some of the Gore Gruntas sallying forth faster than their comrades. They crashed into a small stand of trees, engaging the Kroxigors hidden there. The conflict was short, leaving a kroxigor wounded, and a Gor Grunta dead. The next few moment saw the Bastiladon blow a hole in the Ardboyz, and the Troglodon liquefy a Brute from afar. The Knights swung wide, while the majority of the Claws forces formed up to defend their position.
It was for not. The Ironjawz let out a great WAAGH! and trampled trees, fences, and smashed through any barrier that stood before them. The Ardboyz and the Megaboss slew the Bastiladon in a flurry of hackas and choppas, while the Kroxigors retaliated against the Gor-Grunta and Boss, and the guard tried to avenge the slain behemoth. Again the Waagh was sounded, and the other Gore Gruntas caught the knights in the open by the Well, while the Brutes ran down the Troglodon. Many Seraphon died in the ensuing battle, leaving few left to stand against the brutish orruks. Seeing the battle was lost, the Scar-Veteran sounded the retreat, his forces disappearing into starlight and fleeing for now.
Gundradis was ransacked by Da Blood Rippas, earning much valor and many bitz for their warband.

Defeat! 1 Valor was attained for standing against the foe!

Round 3 (Mar 18 - April 1): Round three kicked off and I decided to add to my warband, spending 2 more valor of the 5 I currently had. Yes, this puts me back near the bottom, but I believe it will be the key to helping me win a few more games. I added Quazital the Skink Priest, and reinforced my Tzauruz Angaz with five more guard.

    Battle atop the Peak!

After their defeat at the hands of Da Blood Rippas, the Claws of Aztotquin were recalled by their lord to test themselves in Ghur's highest peaks. There, a band of Stormcast awaited to do battle. With strikes of thunder and flashes of celestial light, a Border War broke out as the two forces sparred with one another!

    Warbands:
    Seraphon:
    Scar Veteran on Cold One
    Skink Priest in priestly trappings
    Bastilidon
    Troglodon
    Sauras Guard (10)
    Sauras Knights (5)
    Kroxigors (3)

    Stormcast:
    Lord Celestant on Dracoth
    Lord Relicator (aka Chad)
    Protectors (5)
    Judicators (5)
    Prosecutors (3)

The battle began with the Seraphon taking the first round, cautiously moving up the board under the cover of their behemoths. In doing so, they claimed their own objective, and the rightmost objective.. Their priest performed his rites, bolstering the lizardmen around him with the blessings of the Old Gods, while the Scar veteran roared commands at his troops. The Bastiladon attempted blast at the Judicators across from it, but only managed to destroy a rocky outcropping. The Troglodon had much better results, spitting a spray of acid at the Prosecutors that threatened the right flank. two of them withdrew, burned badly. The Stormcast reacted in kind, Judicators and the remaining Prosecutor letting loose with their bows and trident. Arrows glanced off of the Bastiladon's hide, and the Troglodon roared in fury as the trident scored it's hide. The rest of the Host moved forward, threatening the center of the battlefield and claiming their own objective.

The Seraphon seized the initiative, more commands being issued and the Rites being performed. The Bastiladon scored the Lord Celestants armor, while the Troglodon covered the Prosecutor in acid, though he managed to withstand the burn. Calling his troops to battle, the Scar veteran issued a challenge to the Lord Celestant, realizing too late that his knights had not been able to make it into the fray. He struck, but he failed to harm the Lord, who struck back with a fury. The Scar-Veteran reeled, but did not falter. The battle was in full swing, the Skink priest hidden away in the structure the Bastiladon guarded, hidden from view. The Stormcast reacted, moving to counter attack and cut off the Scar Veteran, their Judicators firing upon the mounted lord. Arrows wounding him and his mount once again. The Lord on dracoth commanded his Protectors into the fray, but astoundingly, they could not muster a charge*! The Lord Celestant struck again, but this time the Scar Veteran knocked every attack away with it's shield. He parried and slashed at the Lord, wounding him with the edge of his frost coated blade.
In retaliation, the Seraphon thundered into the fray. The Scar-Veteran issued his commands, and the priest continued with his rites, while the Bastiladon hammered the Judicators with it's searing light. The Troglodon managed to bathe the last Prosecutor in acid, leaving the right flank completely in the Seraphon's control. It made it's way around the structure on the Stormcast's side of the field aiming for the Lord Relicator who had thus far been a thorn in the scaly side of the warband, but not entered the fray in earnest. The Kroxigors as well had been hesitant to charge in, but were now too aiming for the hero. The Knights, spurred on by their lord, wheeled around behind him and charged into the flank of the Lord Celestant, lances and cold ones biting into him deeply, wounding him enough for him to retire from the battle. Despite their victory over the Lord, the Protectors bore down on them now, blades flashing and maces crushing as they charged into the fray. The Relicator gilded them with a shining light, hoping they would be enough. Unsurprisingly, it was. The Scar-veteran retreated, having a new found respect for the Stormcast Eternals, while more than half of the Knights were cut down.

Fury filling them, the Stormcast stuck again, the Judicators attempting to finish the Knights off. Not an arrow found it's mark. Despite that, they were dispatched by the Protectors, who were healed of their wounds by the Relicator. The hero also dealt a number of mortal wounds to the Kroxigors, who had been wounded earlier in the battle. In response to the swift retribution of the Stormcasts, the Skink priest attempted his Rites again, but they were unanswered this time. Even so, the Bastiladon hummed to life and obliterated the Judicators who had peppered the army with annoyances. The Troglodon spat acid, wounding the Relicator, the great beast salivating as it heard the hero's cry of pain. The Guard moved forward, hoping to stall the Protectors. They could feel the presence of the skink still, despite the hero being hidden from their sight. The Kroxigors barreled across the snowy ridge and threatened the Relicator, while the Troglodon could not muster the strength to charge. Blows were stuck, but the Lord Relicator was skilled and unharmed by the brutes. His own hammer struck at a Kroxigor and wounded it badly. In all of this, the Troglodon had managed to take the Stormcast's objective.

Capitalizing on the momentum they had, the Seraphon continued to move, the Bastiladon attempting to harm the Protectors. The protections they had foiled the beasts attempts. the Rites of the Priest failed again, the skink wondering what had caused the Old Ones to forsake them. Yet the Guard moved on, aiming to complete their blocking movement against their foes. The Troglodon moved as well, aiming to finish the lord off with a well placed charge. Battle was joined as the last of both armies clashed in the middle!
The Guard struck first, felling a Protector. Retaliating, the Stormcast cleaved through several guard, while behind them they heard their lord cry out. The Moonhammer Kroxigor had struck a blow to the lord, and blows had only wounded the Kroxigor slightly. Now the Troglodon struck, jaws wide and claws thrashing as it rent armor without remorse. The battle finished, as the Protectors were the last Stormcasts left on the mountain.

    Final Score:
    Stormcast: 5
    Seraphon: 23

Victory to the Seraphon! A Major Victory was attained, and a result of 1 was rerolled, resulting in 1 Glory point being earned for the battle atop the mountain!

(*This one right here scared me. They were 3'' away and had two Starsoul maces. That could have ended badly. And as seen above, it did eventually.)

Battles 2 and 3 unfortunately could not be done, and the time passed and we have moved onto Round 4.

    FINAL ROUND (X)

It has come to my attention that someone has arrived at 20 points. If any others gather 20 points, then there will be finals. I have the possibility of getting enough games in, but in all likelyhood, I will not meet the quota of 20, as right now I have 10.

So I will fill in the previous two Batreps from Round 4, and leave this for posterity. Thank you.

Glad to see others like it. Ill update the posts as games are played. I may take more pictures to the reports.

Also, hope you like the names I picked for my units. Hint hint, they all mean something in High Saurian.

Concerning a complete overhaul of the local Path to Glory, I will be editing the above posts later tonight and reviewing whether I will continue in the event.

Sorry, and thanks for the words/interest.

No, essentially, behemoths were the issue. And I was going to have 3, round 2.

I was the issue, no one else was going to have that many, and I was basically called out on rolling for them, when it was all randomly generated.
That's what leaves a bad taste in my mouth, on top of other things and evidence against them being an issue. At least in my opinion.
I'd rather not play catch up to someone who is already well ahead and will likely get the same Warband set up, while I will have to give up my only shooting.

Alrighty, I decided to continue with the Path to Glory, did my last game, and spent all my Glory to rebuild my warband. Further games will be recorded in their respective slots.

Awesome write up! The Chaos scum deserve nothing less than the justice you dealt.

Also Trog+Oracle are earning their keep. Diving Rods belong in brain cavities.
