On the rules for Tide of snakes it says "At the start of each combat phase......". Can somebody clarify what this means. Recently had a battle and wasn't sure. May have played it wrong. This thing did real well against chaos dwarf in terms of tanking many mortal wounds, but didnt dish out a huge amount of dmg.
I think that question is about Age of Sigmar. @Crowsfoot can you move it and change the tag? The ability works like this: In your OR your opponent's combat phase, just before the first unit piles in and fights, your Bastiladon uses that ability. For all other purposes the Basti works like any other unit.
Thanks very much. I used it wrong then, only in my combat phase and didnt use it before pile in. Woops. I thought Age of Sigmar was 9th edition.
Nope, the eight editions were the editions of Warhammer Fantasy Battles. WHFB ended after its 8th edition, its official successor by Games Workshop is Warhammer Age of Sigmar. AoS has two editions, the first started in 2015 and the second one started just a few weeks ago. "The 9th Age", also called "9th edition" or "T9A" is a fan-made, unofficial new edition for the discontinued WHFB.
Oh okay, that makes sense. Thanks again for your help, and getting the thread moved to the right place.
