Welcome to lustria! There have a be a few Kroak and Slann list floating around the site since second ed. You should check out what they are doing as well. The list should be fine in casual games. If you have to play against a competent Gristelgore, Blisterskin, Idoneth Eels, Dok, or Slaanesh there is a strong chance they will nearly one shot you on their first turn.
yeah but first turn there will be very small chance they will one shot me. i got save 2+ rerolling kroak is tanky and slann got artefact + rerolling saves from crogs and eventualy ritual from priest. There are also skinks for screaning guards . It s like death star and everything depends on my living heroes. As soon as second turn arives i got about 27-31 summoning points to spend . If enemy army dont have anything to deep strike that second turn will come (even if enemy got duble turn). Only thing that can stop me are mortal wounds and spells but amount of dispels i got.... you know Second turn I summon anything i need for my army skinks, 20 saurus wariors + sunblood, carnos. I know that bastilodons and EotG got more deathstar potential and more range but unfortunatly i dont have them. In my opinion only Skaven , DoK and Mortis engine army can one shot me. Last game i faced Nagash with NH troops and i won. Fact is that i had little bit diferent build ( Kroak general, and no slann but oldblood on carno), I would like to have slann battle traits and kroak ability to kill heroes and units with a lot health.
Nonoptimal armies won't be able to reach you, but any tuned alpha strike list will crush your screen and still hit your characters. Fyreslayers, Gristlegore, and Slaanesh can all gain multiple pilein and attacks rounds per combat phase. They are also very capable of reaching your lines turn one. Additionally most of those armies have enough wizards to dispell your Cogs and BwV each turn. The weakness of this double Slann list is that is requires you to turtle. In AoS if you start the game turtled you start the game losing.
Don’t know if you are taking this into account but only your general can generate CCP. Just keep that in mind.

I agree that a good Alpha strike list will probably destroy that list you posted. Still a nice list, I would really like it to be good. As for your models: I think a Dracothion's Tail list could work with what you have. A minimum Firelance, a Slann and a few things more. Basically base it on this 1.5k list and add some more stuff. (Artefacts are placeholders). This seems cool, but i need 2k list for turnaments. Most players play for 2k. Tomorrow i fight vs skaven and I will try my build. If you can advice me sth better please post me then. The only thing i m wondering is if its ok to have slan and kroak in one army, but summoning + spells and kroak can be good in fighting if he is between 2 units of guard. Screen ofcourse will be summoned first turn.
Its main benefit is that it gives you another CP, another artefact, and that it makes your list a one-drop list. The latter is huge obviously.
@Aginor's suggestion is fantastic. You can find the battalion benefits for Dracothion's Tail in the GHB2018. Being able to deploy Kroak 9" away could make for a devastating Mortal Storm vs some Demon armies. Though, it is certainly risky.
I do believe we'll start to see more lists with Slann and Kroak. With the changes that are going to be introduced by the GHB2019, you can have your slann (powerhouse ccps), with Great Rememberer, so you LoSaT Kroak, nuke the opponent, and LoSaT Kroak away.
what are rules for droping units ? i cant find it. I have seen opinion that droped units need to be wholly within 18 of slann
