This list is a slight modification of the one @LizardWizard wrote for me, as the local meta has heavy emphasis on dealing out mortal wounds in large quantities, so here is the final product Allegiance: Seraphon Coalesced Koatl’sClaw Leaders Slann Starmaster (260) - Spell: Stellar Tempest Saurus Oldblood on Carnosaur (250) General Command Trait: Dominant Predator Blade of Realities Saurus Scar-Veteran on Carnosaur (210) - War Spear - Eviscerating Blade Saurus Scar-Veteran on Carnosaur (210) - War Spear Skink Starpriest (120) - Spell: Claws of Glory Skink Starpriest (120) - Spell: bind endless spell Battleline 10 x Saurus Knights (200) - Lances 10 x Saurus Knights (200) - Lances 10 x Saurus Knights (200) - Lances 10 x Skinks (60) - Boltspitters & Star Bucklers Battalions Firelance Temple host(160) Total: 1990 / 2000 Extra Command Points: 1 Allies: 0 / 400 Wounds: 121 the idea is to have a lynchpin Oldblood with some skinks screening the Slann from enemy charges. Each carnosaur stays behind 10 saurus knights and is accompanied by a starpriest to pop his mortal wounds ability on the saurus knights as they put out a stupid number of attacks. The central “HQ” of the Oldblood, Slann, and skinks will be focused on holding the rear and generating command points. Speaking of command points this list is heavily based on command points, with the Oldblood popping multiple buffs such as all out attack or the koatls claw command ability. Thoughts and opinions are always welcome as they make these lists truly fine polished
Fitting in a fourth one is kinda difficult either I keep the cp generation or mortal wound output, I really can’t figure out which one. Actually solution! We can just use the list @LizardWizard wrote
I was thinking dropping the skinks and Slann for kroak, as dropping a starpriest would leave me a fair amount of extra points, and it also means sacrificing serpent staff which is downright hilarious on a big unit of saurus knights
I'll admit to not being super well versed with the new rules yet, however, how are you playing a Coalesced Army with a Firelance Starhost Battalion? Firelance Starhost specifically states it can be taken only in a Starborne army.
Good catch! I’m used to writing Star host out of sheer habit. So yes it is a temple host, I made a mistake
