Bored due to the Virus Lockdown lol. Talking through a Thunderquake build using the OLD Thunderquake models.

Thunderquake always struggled with bodies, but summoning made up for that. I'm not sure we can compensate enough for the lack of bodies in Thunderquake now.

    Thoughts?

Thunderquake I thing is still pretty solid with the main standout unit being a buffed salamander squad. I also think the bastillidons make for a great distraction and with the thunder lizard command ability have some solid output as well.

It's technically cheaper if you never took a Trog as the leader. So there is that.

Plus, there several ways to build it still. Kroxigors got better, so in turn are just better in the battalion, similar with Hunting Packs and Stegadons (though they went up).

Funnily enough, I rarely ever used two Bastis in my TQ. I took Stegs or one Basti and a Steg, with the Trog as the leader. I found the Trog/Stegadon build to be faster and more punchy, which is why I really liked it. This also includes Kroxigors for being meh/okay.

I'll give your vid a watch later to actually respond to it's contents.

Yes, i really like Krox now! In Thunderquake you can easily get them up to 8 attacks each!
