Hi. I've been playing Lizardmen in Warhammer for about 10 years and I FINALLY won my first game with them yesterday since the new rules came out. A lot of Skaven died. A good thing for saurus. I am primarily a model maker and painter as my tactics are pretty terrible and I shall be showing some of my works soon. I'm glad I found this sight and can't wait to get some feedback on my models.

Welcome! 1 win in 10 years? c'mon, there had to be more BTW I am the opposite - I like gaming, but not painting. the only painted models I have are those, which I bought painted, or got as presents.... shame on me I quite like modeling - converted some skinks from bow to javelin recently, but have not enough time to even do that on a bigger scale.
I said 1 win since the NEW RULES came out. I won several times in 10 years before then, when Slann were unbelievable with magic and Mazdamundi wasn't yet a poorly ruled character. Now I have to get a bit more inventive. Nice, I'd like to see some of those conversions some time. Don't worry, there's no shame in buying pre painted models. There is shame when someone makes a lode of models and then gets their best friend who can't say no to paint it for them. I really need to learn to say no, but he offered me an old wood elf dragon and some dark elf cold ones.
my bad - I knew 1 win in 10 years can't be the case concerning painting by friends - 1 also have 1, who is quite a good painter I'd say, but unfortunately for me, he is the type who can say NO. Nevertheless, I got 1 painted krox from him as a present. I will post a picture of it and also my converted skinks in the paining and converting forum.
