(I was surprised to find no general thread existing) For general 3D printing discussion. I got a printer this week, an Ender 3 V 2 and WOW is it fun just running off stuff! Mainly scenery bits, barrels and open top bunkers for 40k, but I do have some monster minis I want to try to see if I can get them any decent with just a filament printer. I have no doubt I'll eventually get a resin one now, playing with the slicer and figuring out how to best build each object with the least material and time is quite an interesting task. I definitely have to learn a "forget about it" mentality for the print though, I eagerly await each piece to be finished! Here's a Bismarck I casually printed after I failed to impress my uncle with a mere Benchy.
I haven't printed anything recently, but these were all done with an Elegoo Mars 2: And the full Chaos Dwarf Blood Bowl team here: Bowser's Big-Hatted Blood Bowl Boys: Star Players
Not my personal prints, as I don't own printer, but friend printed me few OPR lizardmen I painted and shared on my blog here. I own a 3D printing service. I print for work. Just popped off 40 round shields. More work stuff underway.
