Out of those three? Only Cavill has the presence and charm. Not sure if even he would be able to save that movie.
Yeah, Cavill is kind of the obvious choice as Bond himself. Hardy might be a good runner-up as well, but unlike Cavill he doesn't come across as having prior "suave spy thriller" acting credentials to convincingly pull it off. Statham on the other hand is too distinctive in his own character to act as anyone but a Jason Statham character. Probably a good support or foil character though.
I agree that Cavill has the more Bond feel and look, but I would love to see what Hardy would bring to it. It definitely wouldn't be a typical James Bond. Grrr, !mrahil
Statham isn't posh. Depending on which book or movie you base the next film would decide how posh or gritty Bond is. Sadly Statham never really plays anyone other than his usual self.
