Looks good. At 500 points are you using two battleline or one? If you only need one then I would recommend turning your Skinks into a 30x or 20x and 10x if you're playing with two battleline.
You may be better off with 10 more skinks so you can run 2x20 or 30/10 instead of the balewind. Tying up ~25% of your points in endless spells is a lot for a 500 point game.
Do you think trying to go Fangs of Sotek is worth it? The Serpent God Dagger may not be as good for just skinks, but the extra movement and "retreat" is handy.
The 2x20 Skinks is a strong shout. The list didn’t just have too be skinks only just seemed too turn out that way
