I am wanting to start a sacrosanct army but would like to gradually include and play them with my seraphon as I paint them up. I wanted to start with a hailstorm battery battalion. Basically a Celestar ballista and a unit of castigators. It's under 400 points. Are there any restrictions on using battalions from other factions in the same grand alliance? Do I still get the command point? Can I give the artefact to a seraphon hero? Any help would be appreciated cheers
The FAQ says: So..... yeah, you can probably use them. But I read that this is subject to change, and for another FAQ. However, keep in mind that they cannot take artefacts, cannot profit from allegiance abilities, cannot be your general and cannot be battleline.
