That base is incredible. Simply amazing. Absolutely stunning. The pattern on that wing is brilliant. I am gobsmacked by how cool that looks. Fantastic job on these!
Love the wing pattern! And also nice base, the only thing I could suggest is working some more highlights on the base stonework. In the picture they seem a bit underworked (comparing to your other painted stuff, of course ). Great work and as I said really liking the wing
Thank you very much! @Jorgik Thats true and i will add shading to temple parts of the base. Today i will give my master to promoter (hopefully last time) and finish the whole ripperdactyl. The question is if without areograph, I can keep the whole army on that level? kinda scared by amount of skinks i need to paint
Sooo Yeah I am a master in law (finally). More time to paint right now. Finished my ripper from top view, so here you are pictures of it:
Congratulations! And this ripperdactyl is gorgeous! The colours work perfectly, the pattern is stunning, just fantastic all the way around!
Awesome work! But I think the claws and the feather need a bit more work . Really dig your paint scheme!
Oh i didn touch them claws are just plain ushabti bones, i will finish them last, but feather are finished, so what would you add to them?
Oh sorry I wasn´t specific enough, I meant the feather attached to the ripper´s left wing, the skink feathers look great
That is a beautiful aerial shot! Amazing work, I feel like it would have taken forever to paint those wings!
Thanks for all of the comments So unfortunately, I have my exam soon so I am learning most of the time. But to realx I am painting a little bit its time to show you some pictures. I bought TiqTaq'to model and decides to convert the terradon in to ripperdactyl. Due to the fact in 9th Age its "Alpha Ramphodon" I thought that it doesnt have to be the same as normal ripperdactyl, so simple conversion - I only switched heads the skin on head is done, tried some new color for mount: Also I have finished the bases for 5 ripperdactyls and hero on ripperdactyl:
He base look incredible! The blue and green ripper looks great too. But those bases blow me away! So cool.
Incredible wing patterns, it is like a swirling maelstrom. I really love the contrast between the orange and purple with the blue and green.
