Hello all! I've been thinking about starting Seraphon in AOS for a while now, but some locals started up and it was the perfect time to join! So here I am, hoping to learn just what the heck I'm doing. I was an Ork player in 40k for a long time, but I'm tired of painting things green.
Welcome aboard! We can help you with tactics, and definitely want to see pics of your seraphon army when it's ready. And your Orks too, because they're awesome!
Hey, welcome to the lizard party! The best thing about lizards is you can paint them any darn colour you want...
Green what's wrong with green! Welcome aboard you will find loads of inspiration here for painting your Lizards, post some pics of them once you start and if you need any help we are only too glad to give out our wisdom, which at best is poor but better than nothing.
There's nothing wrong with green, I'm just looking forward to painting some infantry that aren't green is all. The painting fatigue when it comes to Orks is real... Thanks for the warm welcome all!
Welcome to the forums! I like the color green, but I can understand where you are coming from. I CONSIDERED collecting Skaven as a secondary army but I didn't want to paint that much dark fur, and since Skaven were a horde army it would be a lot of repetitive fur. Anyway, as mentioned before, Lizardmen/Seraphon can be any color in the rainbow. You can go bright, dark, high fantasy or high realism (mimicking real world lizards). I'd give the painting forum and painting blog section a long browse to see what appeals to you and what does not.
