Very new to Sigmar and overall GW games. I have only played two games with just start collecting box and got my face stomped (but that's OK!). I am more of a painter than gamer - though looking at my painting quality your really can't tell. Thought I would start sharing some of my progress of models I have been working on over the last few months. Feel free to give me pointers. Currently I am trying to learn more brush control for finer details Here goes: Bastiladon - this guy was a lot of fun to paint. I could have been a bit neater with the colours on the gold section but over all quite happy with the result.
Here is my current Army boss as I still haven't painted up my Slann. Skin is like a gazillion layers of super thin paint as I wanted a smooth finish. Really happy with the result.
Nice work on both models! My sole point of critique for the Basti would be on its crew, you didn't paint the claws. Looking forward to seeing more of your models.
Engine Complete. Overall happy - not super keen on skin tone. Built a spare skink by mistake so now it's running alongside the engine
Liking it Also considering the burden of the engine that dino is fated to carry all the time, I love the idea of a moral and mental health support Skink running along side it. Adds a lot of character
WIP will be removing the shine.. just trying to protect the Slann from chipping - I hate metal minis.
Looks good, I like the green and yellow skin tone. The blue spots add a nice bit of colour. One question... is that hair on the stomach and arm of the Slann?...
More WIP Can't wait to get this Slann and his mobility scooter on the table. Just base to go – just need to wok out how to get it to stand up straight. Thinking of making something out of greenstuff.
