they're not just nasty, it also seems rather fun as it moves across the board & doesn't affect everything in the same way unlike for example the idoneth tide ability that just affects everything on the board. Also, I like that it just makes whatever is under it better at whatever it's already good at. It's not like the idoneths ability where at low tide the entire army is more sturdy, and at high tide the entire army is more Killy, regardless of their purpose or base-line stats. The bad moon just make sturdy stuff sturdier and Killy stuff killier. But it doesn't turn a normally squishy unit into a tank, or a normally toothless unit into a blender. Seems like a better approach.
