I would go with White-scar instead of Corax white. Seeing as the model is resin I recommend brush priming instead of spray. For the blue shade make sure you thin it down heavily with medium. The scars looks like a thinned down Carroburg Crimson with a retouch of Pallid Wych Flesh or Ulthuan Grey.

It is better to take the washes in very thinned out layers. Lahmian Medium will be your friend. Treat them like a glaze. His scales look like they were based in Adminstratum Grey, with Eshin Grey, and Dawnstone layering. His skin looks like Pallid Wych Flesh for highlights. I would cut the Wych Flesh with a grey or white if it looks too fleshy. The paints were definitely shaded using whites though. The color transitions all look like layering and glazes to my eye.

Best of luck. I hope this was at all helpful.

Thanks. Can you please explain the reasoning why you brush not spray resin models? I haven't heard that before.

Of course. Occasionally you will get some resin softening when you use spray on paint from an aerosol. If you run it through an airbrush you would be fine though. I am not sure about the science behind it, just know it can happen.

It’s the solvents used in some sprays that can react with the resin.
