I can do the treadmill all day no problem. Waiting for food though.... I'm hungry just thinking about it.
Plank minutes difinitely feels longer than the other two. The main issue is waiting for counters to go down, meaning that whenever I can do something else while waiting, I'm good. This, for me at least, includes my own thoughts, which is why I enjoy running but whenever I microwave stuff I can always do something else in the kitchen, Soooo....
The thing is on a treadmill, I am just running and usually thinking about things. I know that I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing (exercise) so it goes fairly fast. Waiting for a microwave means I'm NOT doing what I want to be doing (eating) and so it goes painfully slow.
I am going treadmill minute, not that I have experience with it, but I find that during exercise a minute takes longer. During microwaving I usually do something different at the same time so it seems to go faster. Grrr, Imrahil
100% the treadmill. After the microwave is done I get to eat hotpockets. When the treadmill is done there is only pain
x100 Not a fan of hot pockets, but to each his own. Probably is, you still aren't done. After the microwave you have to wait for the plate or the hot pocket lava to cool down. After a time on a treadmill, you have to second guess whether you picked an appropriate setting or were going too soft on yourself with a weak setting. I much prefer jogging on a track, but there aren't many places I can do that. I ultimately voted for treadmill minutes. Most of the time when I'm cooking (be it stove, oven or microwave) I'm killing time for my food to get done playing a turn based video game, browsing L-O or watching Youtube videos.
I only drink water. The idea of eating while running on the treadmill seems a bit counter-productive...
