    Step 1: Upload desired pictures to a free image hosting site, such as Photobucket or ImageShack.
    Step 2: Copy the tag provided by the site.
    Step 3: Paste the [IMG] tag where you want the picture.
    Step 4: Bask in the heat of the Lustrian afternoon.

    thanks for that.
    its so simple, guess i am showing my age, I grew up with spectrum 48k, lol.
    bit of a duffus when it comes to this sort of stuff.
