Add the title says im curious to see if i roll a 4 which allows my stegadon to teleport but not move, but because the skink alpha ability allows me to move d6inches in the hero phase, is this considered a movement under the restricted losat or its an ability which allows me to override it. Im thinking that if i can teleport within 9 inches and then roll d6 inches to get closer it would allow for a closer charge anyway without the movement phase and take advantage of that sweet sweet -3 rend
