We play mostly Meeting Engagement in our gaming group and LGS and there will be a tourney series going on this year. At least we hope so. So i decided to post my lists here and comment on how they performed throughout the weeks. I will start from here. The downside of this List is objective control, but i hope do just kill enough with my two Behemoths in the main body. (The Stegadon loses his Behemoth tag and becomes battleline because of Thunder Lizards.) The Salamander Hunting Pack is 8 Modells, so i hope that they can claim one objective while the other is cleaned by brute force. The Rearguard arrives late most of the time, so i decided to pick knights over Saurus to get them into the fight faster. - Constellation: Thunder Lizard SPEARHEAD Slann Starmaster - Spell : Stellar Tempest 4 x Salamander Hunting Pack 4 x Salamander Hunting Pack MAIN BODY Saurus Scar-Veteran on Carnosaur - General - Command Trait : Prime Warbeast - War Spear - Artefact : Fusil of Conflaguration Stegadon - Weapon : Skystreak Bow - Seraphon Battleline (Constellation: Thunder Lizard) REARGUARD 5 x Saurus Knights - Lances ENDLESS SPELLS / TERRAIN / COMMAND POINTS Bound Suffocating Gravetide Next testgames: Swap Slann for Starseer + Starpriest
After a few games of testing vs myself :-/. I figured: - the Slann is a must have - a single Salamander ist not as efficient as i hoped Allegiance: Seraphon - Constellation: Thunder Lizard Mortal Realm: Ghur Spearhead Slann Starmaster (260) - Spell: Stellar Tempest Stegadon (240) - Weapon: Skystreak Bow Main Body Saurus Oldblood (110) - War Spear - Artefact: Fusil of Conflaguration Saurus Scar-Veteran on Carnosaur(210) - General - War Spear - Command Trait: Prime Warbeast 5 x Saurus Knights (100) - Lances Rearguard 4 x Salamander Hunting Pack (80) Total: 1000 / 1000 Extra Command Points: 0 Wounds: 52
