    Now my Trog won't die after a few rounds of combat. This update, combined with the point changes in GH2017, mean it is truly the Age of Skinkmar.

    Surely not for tournaments it won't but it would be fun to play with friends ! ( that will have monsters too of course :p )

    They explicitly mention pitched battles as well, at least in one of the articles, and I can absolutely imagine that.
    Perhaps not in a tournament, but otherwise, sure.
    I think I'd like to have the realm (in this case Ghyran) matter more. There is a roll, to determine the realm to play in, in the rules but it just doesn't matter. Now with the time of war rules I think we have rules for three of the realms already. Hope there will be rules for all of them soon. If they are a bit balanced you could play with them in tournaments as well.
