Chapters Hero: Company Captain (7th Company) because he slew a " Daemon Prince" (see fluff down below) Home World Type: Feral World Home World Dominant Terrain: Ocean (one large continent) Terror Tactics History The Astral Dragons were once the Dark Angels most famed successor chapter. The two Adeptus Arstates (sorry if I spell that wrong) Chapters fought along side each other, tackling heretics and aliens alike. Yet once, when the Chapter Master of the Astral Dragons, Lord Kalor Neris, and the First and Seventh Company Astral Dragons were fighting a Daemon incursion with the Dark Angels Fourth and Fifth Companies, Kalor found himself in single combat with a Daemon Prince. He slew the beast, yet he himself was corrupted. The Dark Angels Fourth Company Master Zealis saw this, and put the traitor to the sword. The Astral Dragons Seventh Company Captain,Grek Juiin heard of this when a Dark Angels Marine came to him with his head. He declared that the Company Master a renegade, and launched a war with his CHapters greatest ally. Grek and his Command Squad fought toward the Company Master, only for a teleporting squad of Death Wing Terminators got in the way. Furious, he launched his command squad at the pale Terminators, challenging the "Daemon Prince" to single combat. The Company Master refused. Grek, in a rage, cut down his command squad and the Death Wing until he reacher Zealis, where he did what he did to his master. The Astral Dragons Chapter eventually were all thrown in to this betrayal, and the Dark Angels had no choice but to launch a full scale assault on the chapters home world. After three years of war, the entire Death Wing and Raven Wing launched a full scale assault at the fortress monastery. The Astral Dragons, heavily depleted of warriors,had no choice but to recruit warriors in the middle of the war. Thus, their home base was barely defended, roughly only two Companies worth of experienced soldiers, the rest Feral World Tribes in scout armour. By the end of it, the Astral Dragons retreated from their home world, only seventy-odd Brothers left. They returned years later, to find their fortress monastery levelled to the ground. They had no time to recruit, as the were constantly pursued by at least one Company of Dark Angels. The Seventh Company Captain, Grek Juiin, declared that the would be turning their backs on the Imperium, and finding their own way in the galaxy. The gained strength, and were eventually three Companies strong. Each Company launched a war against a separate enemy. The new First Company, as well as the Lord Grek and his Honour Guard, launched an assault against the forces of Hive Fleet Hydra, the Second Company against WAAAGH! Squig Breff, and the Third Company against Craftworld Saim-Hann. All returned to their home planet successful, apart from the Third Company, who were reduced to one Tactical Marine, who escaped in a corrupted Storm Eagle with a few Servitors. The First Company battled with Hive Fleet Hydra, where they destroyed all of the alpha beasts, so the fleet dissipated. The Second Company made WAAGH! Squig Breff halt, stopping the WAAAGH! temporarily. Now they would be ready to face the Imperium. Colour Scheme: undecided Thanks for reading
