    Hey ho all!

I got my 'Start collecting!' box today (what a bargain!) so have put together some of the Saurus warriors for colour experiments, they've just been primed so will have a bash at some alternative colour schemes tomorrow if I get some time.

I'm looking at trying the games workshop colours as one alt, then i'm thinking a dark blue and burnt orange kind of thing, then maybe green and whatever.

    Open to suggestions folks.

    DSC_0726.JPG Cheers,

    Beardy

I think the dark blue and burnt orange will look incredible! Can't wait to see what you do with this!

Yeah I'm thinking the blue and orange will be my favourite but I like to try a few before i settle on anything, greens are my forte. Big time Dark Angels fan once upon a time.

I agree it sounds like a nice combination - though i must profess to prefer red from a purely biased point of view - or green but I was forced to change my own work outfit's colours due to a large endorsement from a cold beverage company who shall remain nameless - typing this really makes me want a coca cola

:D my favourite has always been Rory (See my army page for refferance :p), Rudolph draws far too much attention to himself the fame went to his head! Lizardmas is alive and well for all believers i'm going to be starting a topic on it sometime to ask all Lustrians ? to discuss and contribute ideas to what lizard-men would like as presents i know itzit grubs or something are rewarding for them but they may have other aspirations once i get a nice lot of suggestions i can craft some for sack for my custom model :D I was thinking they would have different present likes as the race is divided by creatures built for their social purposes to fulfil roles so if they do desire gifts they will be varied for sure - perhaps a doll of the old ones for a spawn ling or better yet a voodoo doll of an Elf :p -

So Mr Lizard is looking kind of purple and red rather than blue and orange at the moment, but just putting paint on is an achievement haha.

    Apologies for potato quality!

Yeah it's very early on layer wise, but if I show progress it makes me want to carry on more.

These are more towards what I'mlooking for. Haven't washed the blue yet so it's quite flat. Orange has been chestnut inked. Thoughts appreciated.

It's a sony Xperia z3 compact - it used to work fine, I don't think it likes small things that much though. i'll have a mess about next time, i was posting from the phone and the pictures looked better from mobile browser.
