skink...WIP

    I decided to post my first skink here... it`s a major WIP (yes, really...) and keep in mind i have not touched a single brush since.... more than 7 years -_-; so it might suck.

    after many consideration decided to go with volcanic/ashes theme

    so here goes nothing :p

    I'm loving the gray, it looks really like the skink is ash-covered. Nice work!

    Best part of the model is definitely the right hand(Model's view)... It looks like as if it's on fire. :)

    part two of the skink :p still not finished, but its starting to look like what i want :) still need some minor touchup here and there, the weapons and other details

    Wow. I've never seen a scheme like that before, and it looks really striking and very good. The advantage of a scheme like that is since every model will be somewhat different (patterns) you won't get bored of it as easily. On the other hand I bet it takes a fair while per model.

    Great job so far, they're looking cool.

    If you like what you paint then it aint too much of a problem. This i am just figuring out, unfourtunatly not with lizards.

    yea thats my big problem, i`m too much of a perfectionist to do speed painting lol

    haha yeah thats like my step-bro. hes been playing for three years and he just finished one unit of dwarves. he is a perfectionist as well :p

    woa, i`ll try to beat that ;), im working a lot lately so I can`t really paint much (silly animals being sick and wounded and all -_-)
