    Hi people

A question about the spell of the starpriest:
This affect all units Within 15“???? How the magic works in Skirmish?

    Thx ✌️

Summon starlight affects a single unit within 20". I am aware of no stipulations in Skirmish that would change that... but I also don't skirmish very often.

I vaguely remember a rule (or was it a proposed rule?) That changed something about ability or spell ranges in Skirmish.
Might have been in the White Dwarf of.. January IIRC that had the new Skirmish rules.

Skirmish had some comprehensive rules changes in this past January's White Dwarf.

I understand in Skirmish there is no more « unit » but single models so what did it work?

Oh! I don’t find that rule :c gonna search !

    Thx all ✌️☺️

It will only affect a single model, since every model in Skirmish is considered a separate unit.

I haven't read the mentioned White Dwarf issue so I don't know if there is anything written there that changes this.

So going by this you get a blot toad per Ripperdactyl? Seems like that'd be some strong area denial.

No, they only count as separate units while in play. When you buy them they're all from the same warscroll, so you only get one Blot Toad.

Similarly, you can only have one Alpha Talon regardless of how many Saurus Warriors you field.

    Hello everybody.

Skirmish rules? What is this? Is there a thread that I can read about this question?

    Thanks.

I don't believe there is a thread, but there is the entire publication released by GW for Skirmishes.

It is reasonably close though, most rules are the same.
    The main differences are:

    - every model is its own unit
    - different point system
    - different way to make battleshock tests
