8th Ed. Swedish comp

I am fairly new to the game and through looking around the forums I have come across Swedish comp a few times, would anybody be able to explain what it is and how it works?

is a link to where the current version of swedish is found and it explains how to use it in the first few pages.

Unless you are using it for a tournament I would strongly suggest you ignore it's existence as it only exists to try and balance the different armies.

fyi it does an ok job. But warriors demons HE and brets are comped much lighter then a few other armies
