Wish i had one! I've never bitten the bullet and paid the ludicrous amount of $240!! But i'm tempted...

Not alot of buffs you can put on the Dread to make him more killy, but you can sure make him more tanky!!

    2+ save vs shooting
    3+ save in combat
    4+ save vs spells

    Not bad!

Want a dread saurian eh? Well there are two solutions.

one: your parents are willing to fund your ludicrously expensive hobby

two: did you know you only need one kidney?

My extent with the dread saurian was having it punch archaon. Overall it may not be super competitive but it’s definitely terrifying on the right circumstances

In theory, you can LoSaT it out of combat, but near a starseer, then charge again with 3d6 rerollable with possible +1. A couple of d3/d6 MW could be helpful. I don't think, this tactics will go off often, due to huge sizes, terrain, etc, but a thing to keep in mind.

Alternatively, switch the two priests out for another Starseer.

When I last used em vs my girlfriends skaven she turned em into swiss cheese with a metric fuckload of ratling gunners. It isnt fun for most people to face it though

Cycle charging is kind of the best thing to do with em. Obliterating most chaff. And well he can smack around archaon and gotrek

While I dont necessary agree with the guy on the videos opinion on the jaws. He genuinely has a good understanding of how my unit works. And tbh its not a hard unit to get a grasp of. Most people take a direct route and just hurl the big lug at em. Which speaking if they hurl em at the most densely populated area you get the best results because of obliterating charge and roar of ruin. And the worst thing is his death throes which is the most bonkers shit. Granted 50% chance to happen is still scary

overall i disagree with the narrators opinion about the bite profile. he genuinely got a good opinion about this guys strategy. charge in and fuck up everything in your way or end up taking all the dakka and choppa while your others rip everything to shreds
