I am not liking this year in the least.

I logged into Facebook this afternoon only to see tons of messages from other sculptors on Wayne's page. Sadly he died, there was a message left by his wife, I'm not sure on the causes, but have no intention of asking.

I remember seeing his art almost everywhere when I was teenager and hoping against hope I'd be turning these sorts of pieces into 3D at some stage in my life, I was even given the chance with Avatars of war to work with Wayne, but passed on it after a number of things went bad (in real life).

I've felt bad plenty of times in the past for procrastination, but never as much so as I have today.

The name is familiar and I'm sure he used to illustrate in white dwarf the same time Paul Bonner did, late 1980ies.
