Yep, a round base. I always play my games down at the workshop, so I'm stuck playing Age of Sig.

Gone for a stone like palanquin rather than gold, some parts will have gold. I wish I had a better camera, pick out the finer detail then.
When I find the materials, I will be making some jungle/swamp scenery/ terrain for my Lizards to run about in.

I'm back, changed the title name so it now supports all other models. My sister gave me her old phone and it was like a gift from the Old Ones. The camera.



More detail has been picked up on the Slann, like the eyes.



Ataxa in all his might, sad that he is screaming for not getting another battle since his first.



Little experiment with converting Carrion to flying stands, going to put some green stuff on the back of the ribcage, make the back have cloth covering it. Kept the ribcage and skull in the claws, they will be very flimsy if they weren't there.

Many thanks! Gotta go back to college tomorrow so I may be slower getting stuff up. I will be busy getting my Terrain Square entry done.


One of my oldest models that I painted, hence the paint skill there. I recently touched his fangs up with some paint and hopes to finish him off, neaten up and finish the rest. Should of taken a picture in better light.



I trembled a bit taking this, or the focus had issue telling what was what. I think it was me shaking. with my Tomb Kings, I'm going with a silver metal instead of gold. The silver is slightly dusted over with gold.

OMG! The wings on your dragon are AWESOME! It looks like they're opaque! If I held up my hand on the other side of the wing and a light on the other side of my hand, I'm just sure that I would see my shadow! Great job!

Thanks! The dragon seems to be favourite one, even in the workshop when I bring him along. Plus being older in paint works it's amazing.

The wings are in debate whether I should touch the wings, but the results may change heavily if I re-do them. It will be a slight worry if I touch them. Other areas will be neaten and stuff.

Very nice work on that dragon. I wouldn't mess with the wings, they look fantastic as is.

Maybe I shall keep the wings the exact same then.

Anyway I got plans for some future converting so Horned One riders and their mounts. I am mostly looking at what type of Skinks to use at the moment, I did look around for some Ripper/ Terra riders but everywhere seems sold out for them bits.
So I may end up using my spare skinks on foot and spend ages reposing the legs and stuff.

No picture update this time. Been busy with college and doing other stuff.
Came up with a black and metallic red colour scheme for my Tyranids, spent ages trying to mix the metallic and red. Hard to tell if metallic or not.

Planning on buying a box of Cold Ones, after careful looking and calculating. Buying a box is actually better, I can just sell on the spare parts.
Using the Cold Ones for the Horned Rider's conversion. Still debating on Skinks though but while I do that, I can just sit and alter the Dark Elf Cold Ones. Choosing which colour scheme too, might go with reds to go along with the brown/ greens of the skinks (but more green for the Skinks)

Was able to work on this, so this time there is a picture update.
Conversion for the Skinks, I clipped the back of the saddle and reins off. added green stuff to fill the gaps, added a Lizardmen spare from the Terradon/ Ripper box.

Okay, gotta try and keep on updating, I should upload some pictures tomorrow of the Cold One, he has been sitting there a while. Been busy with college.
When I get the time, I will dig through my model box and hoard to find a model. You guys give me a scheme/ theme to use on that model. Gotta work on my paint skills more.

Been messing with a colour scheme for the Cold One riders and this comes out, I'm pretty impressed. Got to work on the face more, maybe...



Finally digged out a model, took ages to find one that doesn't have an army colour theme yet. Any theme challenges?

Had the picture sitting around but haven't been able to update. Part of the painting scheme challenge, yellow, white and gold. Still need to finish him. Not sure what to do about his little harness. The beak is yellow at the moment but the shadow looks like he has a fade effect, I might try to recreate that.
