They look really good. I do not personally like to paint blood on my models, but this seems to have been executed very well.

Thanks! I wasn't sure how i felt about the blood either actually. I usually save it for my Ogres but I said why not and gave it a shot. Reading the Battletome i noticed these guys used there jaws as a weapon, so I felt this made this less "Orderly" and clean so decided for it.

Will you do both the same way or different colors each? One engine and one normal I guess?

Hey ! Good question! One engine one regular, correct. One I am thinking will be red skin with black scale or vice versa.. havent decided. The other will be a pale bone color with purple scales. I seen this in a GW pic somewhere and really liked it.

Hard to see because of the view. The Engine of the Gods was painted black with very dark red scales and a gray underbelly. I need to clean up the highlights a lot on the black one. For some reason Minitaires Concrete Slab color was giving me horrible dry tip, even using Valejo's Flow Improver. Some parts of it got kind of globby. As you can see the giant gray circle right by the horns. So far I am liking I am liking it though, Going to work on some of the fine detail accents today.

I wanted a couple of Astrolith Bearers, but really didnt feel like paying $22 a piece for them. I had the Thunderbeast Host and made these proxy models with extra stegadon bits! Not as cool as the originals but hey, it saved me $44 + shipping! The only thing that sucks are the way the banners sit with these guys. I may cut the arm off and shave some plastic off to get the banner straight,
