It's about time they take the lefties into account with their selection! Spoiler Happy April Fool's Day!
I would really like if they released a set of left-handed paint pots, but that might be too much to ask.
Combining slanted bristles with an ergonomic curved handle results in a brush with handedness: Note text on bottom ^^ right corner of packaging. Turns out 'left-handed-brush' is a thing.
How does it make a difference? They are exactly the same as a right handed brush... I mean, I don´t see any difference.
Or maybe they make them so people who paint with two brushes at the same time know which brush should go where. The thing is that once the brush is not wrapped in the package anymore the difference is not visible any longer, and it is always recommended to buy another one to make sure you get it right. Sales up!
Even though the video says copyright gw, I'm still not convinced they're actually selling a left handed paint brush.
Left handed brushes, it is all to do with the way the bristles finish, a right handed decorator will paint right to left and lay off right a lefty will go the opposite way, hence the direction of the bristles.
But they're legitimately selling left handed brushes? Left handed as in: The writing is not upside-down when held in my left hand. ... I am left handed after all, these things are important
I think the house painting brush makers DO sell a LH brush. But I am disinclined to believe that GeeDub is stamping the lettering on the brush barrels differently. Or making an actual LH brush. I never paid attention to the lettering on the barrel before. But even the closest Sharpie marker I could pick up is like that.
