After reading the title of the post I can say I'm DISAPPOINTED. I thought the new toy was going to be a shiny new airbrush!
I'm not that far into it, but I am absolutely loving it thus far. Hahaha... you crack me up! I already have a shiny "new" aribrush... new in the sense that it has yet to be used (and probably won't be for a good while now that Horizon has arrived).
I've just started Skyrim on xbox one, first time I've played it and it's really good so far only level 6 atm.
Yes I have that version it looks good but the combat is a bit choppy compared to some other games I've played but I can see that improving once I get my strafe and dodge/block sorted.
You're in for a treat my friend. Skyrim is awesome. The combat system always remains choppy in a sense. But the game is spectacular in many regards.
To a degree. But even at very high levels, the combat is not as robust as found in some other titles.
Skyrim is great. Except if you have OCD and are trying to find every quest in the game and solve it.... *sobs*
I got stuck on the last 2 or 3 side quest, One in particular where you have to find this dwarf part in some dwarf ruin in the wilderness, the compass seems broken or non-existent for this quest. What really ticks me off is that I found it once.... Then my PC crashed. and I could never find it again.
I got stuck on the rebellion quest because I refused to choose a side until had had done everything else. Made some dialogues really awkward since the game assumed I had chosen a side. And I hated the assassin jobs. Thief Guild was OK though.
I hear you, I could play that game for literally days on end. I refused to kill Paarthurnax. The single greatest character in the game. "What is better - to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?" It was a shame that I couldn't kill the quest giver. Though they did receive a generous beating at my hands.
