I think that poor site needs people far more than we do. Not that I wouldn't accept them with open arms on here.
True, but I have to support @Killer Angel in his efforts to keep the Khemri forum alive (pun intended). It is a noble cause and I would hate to see the forum disappear.
I think you are the last one who actively promotes it... but perhaps you can one day recruit another. What really hurts the website is that TK are discontinued, the forum has dated functionality and many of the great pictures posted are now blocked by photobucket. Still, there is some great content hidden away in there and your painting contests are fun to vote on (even if only a very small number of votes are actually cast). I still enjoy poking my head in from time to time and exploring the old topics!
Don't get me wrong, I have seeing the army specific boards die out, but at this point it has for the majority happened. We need to come to terms with it, save what content we can, and consolidate the member base onto a modern board like lustria with great functionality
But this forum is and will always be centered around Lizardmen/Seraphon (and Star Wars, but that is only through my extensive efforts). I'm not sure if Lustria can fulfill their needs. I for one hope that the Khemri forum continues to endure.
Of course; I have had the same experience. A painted model is a painted model! However, most the tactical and fluff discussion will naturally revolve around the Lizardmen. I love this forum, and I spend 99% of my forum time on here. I only occasionally visit Khemri or EEFL.
Clearly there's only one way to bring Tomb Kings back into prominence again.... ...everybody buys me Tomb King minis to paint and play with! Right? Guys? C'mon!
They are still enjoying prominence.... in 8th Edition* *actually they are extremely weak in 8th, but they look pretty
