That guy was out of uniform..?..he didn’t have the standard issue Snow Trooper kit (as used for the Hoth Raid, ESB).
The only thing remotely logical about it is Settra joining forces with Sigmar purely because he hates Nagash more, and even then, why would he allow himself to be directly commanded by Sigmar as a Sigmarine? It would be far more likely that Tomb Kings re-emerge as a faction in their own right in the Order Grand Alliance and ally with the Sigmarines only when their common enemy is Nagash. Of course this does effectively confirm that Tomb Kings will never be coming back
Although I lack your passion having only been into Warhammer since AoS, I don’t think it’s something to get too upset by. From what I could see, it’s just meant to be a little Easter Egg, probably in the same vein as the Flesh Eater Courts Bretonnia thing. It’s vague enough that it doesn’t rule anything out, but even if they choose to leave it at that, try to look at it without the ‘I hate Sigmarines’ perspective. Stormcast Eternals are supposed to be the best of the best, and Lord Celestants the best among them. Given the writer had to write a Stormcast novel, it was probably the best praise he was able to provide, and it would mean that Settra at least survives. It it makes you feel better, then he’s playing the long game!
It's not even the same name, nothing to get upset about. Settra does not serve, Settra rules. Settrus may do what ever he likes. Nobody hates SCE more than me, but this doesn't bother me. I agree with @ravagekitteh that it is likely just an easter egg sort of deal.
Settrus... The other proper names in that snippet were just dreadful tongue twisters. But the headline is: Imperishables !? Do all the rest of the Stormcast have a sell-by-date? Do they go bad after a certain point like tins of sardines?
did anyone watch this before? One of my most favorite anime movies... also one of the first to use CGI
It sounds like the name of a band. Sold out: Settrus and the Imperishables headliner: Prince and the Revolution
