    Confirmed. It is.

    (I waited until my google-fu was strong and tried some image searching. Eventually I found several generally similar models for sale on Amazon. Not visible in the video, there is a blunt, heavy, metal punch rod tucked into the upper and more narrow portion of the spring.)
