I am trying to decipher the prophecy on this cryptic golden plaque. It mentions a temple ship, of which has been recently spoken, that was struck by a wave of powerful death magic. The First Ones on that star-home have decided to move against the purple realm. Mayhap our distant lizard-kin will arrive in time to confront this bone tithe. Is it prophecy or just this skink's wishful thinking? Only the stars will reveal in their time...
not really two different companies and even then it took the tottal war guys untill 3rd to last to update lizards.
mwha, seraphon haven't needed much updates so far. Our initial army was fairly well rounded and actually included nearly everything from the tabletop. The only thing we've really struggled with is the vampire coast, seeing as they were dumped on Mazdamundi's doorstep, were generally on the overpowered side & were just a general pain to deal with due to the amount of ranged firepower and undeath generally being a pain as they won't rout. But everyone rather struggled with the vampire coast, so not exactly extraordinary there. It might help with getting GW to give us some attention though. If I remember correctly with the release of both the lizardmen DLC & the main game we occured in there was a spike in seraphon being bought and that was even publicly admitted by GW. So they probably do pay some attention I guess.
oh cool i didn't know that now that the coolest things we play are out i hope we get more attention. i guess ill go pre-order it and hope that helps
Is nobody going to comment on the fact that Dread Saurians are apparently quadrupedal and that the first one was easily killed off by a volley of arrows
eh where was a saurian being killed off? The quadrupedal is a bit weird, though it does make somesense, especially seeing as most of its prey would be ridiculously low to the ground if it'd be bipedal. He'd constantly be tipping over trying to bite things if he'd not lean on his frontlegs
he doesn't die just falls over in his excitement to eat the guncart can't take corners well when at full charge. i also love the quadrupedal stat gives him a firm difference so he isn't just a big carnasaur
Are dread saurians not quadrupedal? The forgeworld model sure doesn't have a big enough tail to balance all that on its rear legs
People used to laugh at the notion that Dread Saurians would make it into the game, so literally anything is possible right now. But CA has a "no dlc for dlc" rule and i think a titan is a little too big for a free update. The dread Saurian model really doesn't look like it is meant to walk on just 2 legs.
Yes they are. Also, playing TW2 with Lizardmen is just cruel. Ancient Salamander, feral Dinos, amazing looking Saurus Warriors (although they share the same fate as their AoS brethren in not being very good), crazy effective Ark of Sotek (vs AI), Red-crested Skinks... man. Only thing that's missing are Razordons, but regular Salamanders are also crazy good. The new Kroxigors and Dread Saurian look amazing. Meh... on the upside, currently painting two Bastiladons. Man, that's probably my favorite GW kit I assembled and painted thus far.
Oh that makes sense now I must say the new DLC does look excellent, and ever since total war Rome I wanted big dinosaurs to smash stuff. With a dread saurian, my wildest dreams have come true
Sometimes I like to make fun of AoS and other times I just divert the conversation! #TombKings #8thEdition #WarhammerProper #TotalWar
only if salamanders have 2 foot spikes on their backs go to 0:54 and look on the right. i think they modified the salamander model to give us razerdons.
