Edit: I have to ask since i have yet to even build mine, but how did you make that helmet?
Well in AoS the dinosaurs can take on the colouration of the Slann that summoned them.What fluff reason would a troglodon have to be super colorful?
It doesn't seem to have any natural predators he might need to ward off with poison warnings, and any mate he'd like to attract is blind...
I was wondering how you made the helmet itself, i do not believe it is part of the base kit?well the helmet is kinda simple, just a brass like metal basecolor, with 2 coats of lighter gold tones over it. Painted after that the jewels back white and used the GW ruby-stone Color (I forgot the Name of). Last I used normal Nuln Oil wash (a bit diluded in water). But i guess most of the effect in the Picture is from the lightsource ^^
