So what can we learn from the Saurus Oldblood warscroll? He's getting more attacks and a better save Both celestial and demon keywords seem to be gone He is no longer bravery 10 Wrath of the Seraphon seems to be his command ability, but I can't make out what it does. He does have an ability, but it does not appear to be the Stardrake Shield anymore. Anyone spot anything else?
Paragon of Order is gone off the Oldblood scroll, Wrath of the Seraphon replacing it as the command ability. From the Warscroll picture with the tokens.
Looks like there’s going to be some big changes coming, even starting with things like bravery have gone from 10 to 8
The ability looks like Cold Ferocity. Gets 2 hits instead of one on an unmodified roll of something.... It's hard to read.
Also the Command Ability is used in the combat phase, and only works on a Sauras unit. Can't read the rest, too distorted.
Looking at it i would say all out units with shields are going to get +1 to their saves but lose their ignore rend? Be interesting to see what Temple guard get.
Sweet!!! New SC box I like it would of been nice it been a stegadon instead of the Bastiladon as I have a couple already and no steg but will probably get one box anyway!!
Really hoping there's an army wide rule or something that decreases rend against them byb1 or ignores rend on a sliding scale.
The Saurus old blood ability is in the combat phase, add 1 to hit rolls for a nearby Saurus unit. Can only be benefitted from once per phase.
So reading the rules of the Ziggaraut, or what they are hinting as rules it sounds like absolute trash. If all it does is make other terrain do things that sounds so uninspired and boring to play with. Also, having to have a wizard beside it feels bad as well. Personally I hate the idea of terrain as something in your army, I think its a cash grab. But at least some of the others sounded a bit more interesting or engaging. I know I am jumping the gun as the rules havent been published for it yet, but man I am so annoyed that Im gonna have to buy it
The terrain piece ability is really underwhelming thematically. I wonder if the actual game effects are going to be at least useable. Reduction to bravery 8 (which will be army-wide) is also bad to see. Off to a great start, lol.
I would imagine what they have done is made everything mortal and if you run them as celestial or whatever they get the bravery back. Im ok with that over all. When I read garrison I instantly thought we were getting aztec drop pods XD
