    It's apparently not the only palace he had commissioned either, though it's definitely the most well-known. Another that I've visited was Herrenchiemsee, a lake island palace near the Austrian border that was apparently heavily inspired by the Palace of Versailles.

    He certainly wasn't known as "the Fairy Tale King" for nothing. That's for sure.
