Nice paint work. I especially like the warshrine, but then i have always been a fan of it.

i am concerned at the lack of a consistent basing scheme across the collection though. makes it look disorganized to me.
 
Love it, is awesome. I'm with Lord-Marcus with the basing, although I think in a Tzeentch army you can keep variety if you want to add a story to your troops, I suggest making, at least, all the rims of your bases with the same color.
