Amazons Blood Bowl team, omg! Y'all, you know how much I love the Amazons (especially Y'all from the Lizardmen RPG group), and this is just amazing. I cant wait and have so many ideas for them, as simple as adding them to my Seraphon as a special unit/Trmple Guard OR fleshing out my Amazon faction already in my homebrew in Ghyran. Im just so pumped!

Also, hear me out, that Spear we all think is Seraphon... is actually an Amazon revival. We'll see.

What if the Slann took the Amazons with them when The-World-That-Was was destroyed and are now just being revealed to help hunt Kragnos or something?

A Lord Regent conversion Ive been working on with the spare Lightcourser and other bits I have. Also, narratively, functioning as a homebrew unit/Hero: The Vanari Beastmaster.

Named Avalida the Beast Tamer, she was one of those Aelves used to remove the dangerous fauna from Hysh into the other Realms or into Preserves or Zoos. Vanari Beastmasters are rarely seen inside cities outside of beast removal contracts or personal summons by Matriarchs or other leaders. They prefer being out in the wilds where they document the various Fauna and Flora, create detailed maps, carry out monster slaying missions and more.

I personally love the model, but in the end I felt it needed something, so I added a plume to the helm of the Aelf. Primed the Alef and the statue, still working on the mount. I plan to do a shaggy mane down the neck up to the shoulders.

Hope all is well with you all.

    Some small updates!

The Stonemage isn't hard connected on yet, but wanted to show the base and her together.

Also! An awesome dinosaur/prehistoric animal garden we found while out and about! So many old school JP toys, garden statues and more. So awesome!

    WIP Slann Chair, building phase

Ka’Rapixca sits upon his Slain Stegadon's head that has been plated in gold. The only time the Slann has felt emotion was at the loss of his steadfast beast.

Warcry being centered around Seraphon has me a bit itching to get back to them 20220811_221725.jpg

Still more to go on the throne but wanted to show how my Slann will fit/sit.

Thinking of adding more vines maybe and I need to seal the back of the Stegadon's head still, so deabting how I want to do that. 20220812_162759.jpg

Ha! Well I feel Highly honored that you used one of your posts! That must mean you're going for another rank and timing a project for it? You don't have to answer now obviously :p

Thank you, truly! I'm super happy with Temple Lord Ka’Rapixca, and especially that emblem lol. He has been done for awhile now, but I guess I don't show him very often  I am super excited about the throne for sure. Still conflicted on what all to add, if anything, to it (beyond sealing the Stegadon head).

    And more Seraphon:

Built the last of my warriors, though i ran out of actual Icons for the Icon Bearer so I had to improvise lol. Ended up using a spare Stegadon Quiver and added some spare spear tips to it. For the Alpha Talon I made a custom weapon also, can be used as a Spear or Club.

I was going to prime today, but humidity be a bit too much at 70% (it was 30% yesterday...ugh lol). 20220813_092150.jpg 20220813_092350.jpg 20220813_092406.jpg

Last two built, using the custom Warblade/Halbard. The "Guards" to my Slann until i can get proper Temple Guard.

Have decided im going to build one unit of these custom warriors for a fun homebrew thing. Plus they look awesome. 20220813_181235.jpg 20220813_182546.jpg 20220813_182535.jpg

Will be creating a new Temple Host seperate from the Lustrated Temple Host simoly because the latter has a lot of ideas that need to be broken up.

Lustrated Temple Host: Captured and purifies chaos creatures and turns them against chaos

Titanodon Temple Host: Specializes in Defensive Engines and the Creation of Formidable & Giant beasts of war.

Both part of the Thunder Lizard Constellation

Small update on my Lunar Engine! Firstly, it will be now riding top of the new Bastiladon conversion instead of the Turtle Dragon.

As for the model itself, Lots of color added! Including, finally, a gold coat on the first portion of the engine lol to finally make it all gold all around as a base. From there I began to do the small crystals, using Baharroth Blue, White Scar, Lilac & Aethermatic Blue for the central crystal and then Temple Guard Blue, Thousand Sons Blue, White Scar, Xereus Purple, and Aethermatic Blue for the other which points outwards.

For the designs that I filled in such as the little triangles we all love I used a combination of The Fang, Pink Horror, and Lilac.

Trying to use a lot of cool colors but that also pop a bit with a little bit of warm from pinks which can represent a blood moon or other colors a moon can be.

More to come but I'm stoked to get this engine done! 20220819_225334.jpg 20220819_225404.jpg 20220819_225430.jpg 20220819_225416.jpg

Rewriting some homebrew/adding to it - This is just the kinda brief summary of them i have so far that goes before the much longer indepth plunge of lore

    The Titanodon Temple Host

Dedication to a new type of warfare against Chaos by unleashing once forbidden powerful engines of war and the creation of creatures more savage, gigantic, and formidable by even Thunder Lizard Constellation standards is nearly unmatched by any other compared to the Titanodon Temple Host. Led by the Slann Ta’Ru the Beast Caller, who was entrusted with powerful engines of war, the Temple Host specializes in defensive-oriented Old One technology and the creation of new beasts of war through fossilized remains of ex
    tinct Seraphon species.

So, they're essentially fossil hunters hell bent on revenge, in a nutshell?

Did some greenstuff work on my Bastiladon conversion tonight. Letting it cure and then will assess what might need to be done, but at the moment really happy with it. I'm only a little concerned about the bottom of the neck, but just looking at it I think it'll be ok. 20220822_010420.jpg 20220822_010217.jpg 20220822_015131.jpg 20220822_015142.jpg 20220822_015147.jpg
