Yesterday's reveal of the Rough Riders for the Cadian forces solved a Rumour Engine: 15 March: Grrr, !mrahil
tbf, they are not cadian. They come from the world of Attila (ah, GW's endless originality) and they form specialized horse regiments that are sent to help other guards' fighting forces, so they can fight alongside cadians if there's the need to, but they are not cadians.
