Let's rack up a full count of who'd want to punch Eldar:

• Necrons because the Eldar are their ancient enemies
• Imperium because they're fed up with Eldar arrogance and are xenophobic anyway
• Dark Eldar because they'd take delicious pleasure from it
• Slaaneshi Daemons because they'd also take delicious pleasure from it
• Orks because that's what Orks do best
• Khorne Daemons because that's also what Khorne Daemons do best
• Nurgle Daemons because it would spread numerous diseases
• Harlequins for the lulz
• Tzeentch Daemons also for the lulz
• Tyranids because Eldar biomass is as tasty as anyone else's
• Chaos Space Marines because it would be one step closer to letting the galaxy burn
• Leagues of Votann would if the Eldar forbade them from seizing their Craftworld by force to mine stuff (and because "Never trust an Elf!")
• Tau would (but at range, with a pulse rifle) if the Eldar kept on bleating about how young and naive the Tau are
• Lizardmen would if they found out how the Eldar failed to protect the Old Ones from being destroyed by the Necrontyr and C'Tan
